What to expect at your first session

At MOVEumental Stretch, Recovery, and Fitness we start with a Kinotek Mobility Assesment. Kinotek uses  state of the art LiDAR technology to reimagine how to assess body movement. MOVEumental Mobility Assesments deliver accurate metrics in a way that is fast and immersive. After reviewing your MOVEumental Mobility Assessment we go through an assisted stretching and body work session. After your demo session we will develop a personalized Body Recovery Plan that can include assisted stretching, personal training, mobility training, and other services. MOVEumental Stretch, Recovery, and Fitness is located within Fit Revolution located at 55 Concord St. in North Reading which is conveniently located near Exit 33 on 93. Parking and entrance for FitRev and MOVEumental is in the back of the building.
